Physiotherapy with Blossoming Physio

Our partnership with Blossoming Physio provides expert physiotherapy services for people of all ages. Whether you're managing an injury, recovering after surgery, seeking support for your child, or looking to improve movement and function, physiotherapy can help identify the root cause of pain and create an effective treatment plan. Working closely with our coaching team ensures a seamless transition from treatment to long-term improvements in strength and movement.

As a mum of two, Jordan understands the challenges of balancing family, work, and health. She enjoys horse riding and is especially dedicated to helping women improve their health in a realistic, sustainable way.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Damien is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist with 10+ years of experience, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and functional strength. He helps clients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve quality of life, with a focus on returning to work, sport, and daily activities.

Damien’s services are claimable through NDIS, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private health. He consults at Familia Fitness on Thursdays, providing allied health support to the Bungendore community.

Maryanne

Seniors Fitness Coach

Maryanne has been part of the Familia Fitness community for over six years and recently completed her Certificate III & IV in Fitness. Her journey from member to coach gives her a unique perspective on starting and progressing in fitness.

As the leader of our Seniors sessions, Maryanne is passionate about helping older adults stay active, strong, and independent. With a caring, patient, and encouraging approach, she creates a welcoming environment where members feel supported. Maryanne is dedicated to improving seniors’ strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life, enabling them to live healthy, active lives and continue doing the things they love.
