Damien’s services are claimable through NDIS, Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private health. He consults at Familia Fitness on Thursdays, providing allied health support to the Bungendore community.
Maryanne has been part of the Familia Fitness community for over six years and recently completed her Certificate III & IV in Fitness. Her journey from member to coach gives her a unique perspective on starting and progressing in fitness.
As the leader of our Seniors sessions, Maryanne is passionate about helping older adults stay active, strong, and independent. With a caring, patient, and encouraging approach, she creates a welcoming environment where members feel supported.
