Familia Fitness offers a range of online training programs to keep you kicking goals in the gym. No matter what your level or ability there is a program for you. Even if you cannot be with us, you can still have access to our training programs and train from anywhere.
Going to the gym for the first time can be very overwhelming, especially when you feel like you don't know what you are doing. What exercises should I be doing? Am I working the right muscle groups? Is my workout balanced? These are all very good questions you should be asking yourself every time you go to the gym. With our beginner gym program we have answered all those questions for you and taken out the guess work for you. With this program you will gradually build strength and fitness over 8 weeks, with exercises that are safe and easy to perform for beginners. Don't be fooled, this program isn't 'easy', and you will still feel that glorious muscle burn after a session. But you will feel good about it, rather then feeling like the program was out of your reach.
Get started today and become a Master in the gym but getting really good at the basics
Build Muscle and Increase Strength with our 4 x day split program. This program is designed to ensure you increase muscle mass and build strength by using progressive overload and "fatiguing" each muscle. Be prepared to be a little sore after each session, as this is key to building muscle.
But also be prepared to change your body shape and have that athletic body shape you have always wanted.
Never feel unsure about your gym session again. Walk in with confidence knowing you are about to do an awesome session.
You will need access to full gym facilities for this program.
This program requires and intermediate level of knowledge of the gym and exercises. If you have trained in the gym in the past and are comfortable with lifting barbells and performing compound exercises, then this program is for you

This Advanced Strength and Conditioning 8-week Program targets all aspects of your fitness and will continue to challenge you each week. Each session has a specific focus of strength or conditioning, ensuring you know exactly what you are focusing on each session. This program is 5 x days per week for 8 weeks and will leave you spent, but wanting more at the end of each session.
We encourage that you do have gym knowledge and experience of training to begin this program.
Familia Fitness Home Workout Body Blitz will have becoming the athlete you have dreamed of being. This program was designed during COVID lock down to help our clients stay fit and strong whilst working out in their own home. During this time Familia Fitness was also in the middle of a transformation challenge. So this program has to ensure it produced the same results as our clients would of got at the gym.
These workouts are predominantly body weight with the inclusion of Dumbbells. You will be pushed to your limited with the high intensity training, but will be rewarded by the results you will see in your fitness and body composition.
All exercise can be scaled to your fitness and training ability. So if you are finding it difficult and want less impact you can decrease the intensity of the exercise. Alternatively, if you want to take things to the next level, grab a heavy dumbbell and get ready to break a sweat.

With progressive training sessions that help you build on what you achieved the week before, you will always be at your best. For this program, you will need access to gym facilities. Each session will take you approx 45 minutes to complete.
Welcome to pregnancy. A time in your life like no other. This is a time that your body needs to be fit, healthy and strong for the marathon task ahead. Keeping up a training routine can be quiet difficult during pregnancy. There is so much contradicting information out there, and can be overwhelming to know what to do. I designed these pregnancy training programs for both Trimester 2 and 3 whilst I was pregnant myself. I believe the programs I have put together have helped me to stay fit and strong throughout my pregnancy, making time go a little easier for me. This program is designed to be safe and effective to keep your body moving comfortably whilst bump is busy growing.
Trimester 2 program is a 2 x strength day and 1 x cardio day per week for 8 weeks. You will need some gym access for this program, however you may be able to do a lot of the strength training at home with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettle bells. Happy Training Mumma xx

Trimester 3 program is a 3 x day basic strength training program for 6 weeks. You may need some gym access for this program, however you may be able to do a lot of the strength training at home with resistance bands, dumbbells and kettle bells.
This program is basic and suited for beginners. Even if you have not train much prior to pregnancy or during your pregnancy you will still be able to do the exercises in the program.
